Program regular maintenance and
troubleshooting of electrical and electronic components of manufacturing systems to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operation

Implement
upgrades and modifications to existing systems to improve performance, efficiency, and safety
;
Integrate electrical and electronic components into manufacturing systems, ensuring seamless operation with mechanical parts
;
Oversee
the installation of
new
automated manufacturing equipment and ensure proper electrical and electronic setup
;
Monitor
automated systems to ensure they operate correctly and efficiently, using data analytics and diagnostic tools
;
Diagnose
and resolve electrical and electronic issues in the manufacturing systems promptly to minimize production disruptions
;
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electrical and electronic systems to ensure they meet performance and reliability requirements
;
Develop and update
automated manufacturing systems and processes for automotive seat structures
to improve system performance;
Use
predictive maintenance techniques to foresee potential failures and address them before they impact production
;
Work closely with mechanical engineers, production managers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated and efficient manufacturing processes
;
Train maintenance staff and operators on the proper use and troubleshooting of automated systems
