Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs * Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. * Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications * Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle * Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts * Document all work performed on the repair order * Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs as assigned by service manager * Keep abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins * Keep shop area neat and clean * Maintain and be accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals.
