Responsibilities

Prefer MBSS and FEES experience.

This position is per diem with no set schedule. Must be available weekdays and some weekends.

The Therapist provides patient care including evaluating the patient for treatment providing and directing administration of the care plan upon the referral from the physician. Consults with other health care disciplines to coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patients. Instructs patients and caregivers in home program exercises and functional activities. Assists with patient program management while delivering quality patient services.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech/Language Pathology program required.

  • Arizona License in professional area.

  • American Heart Association BLS required.

Preferred:

  • 2 years experience in Speech Pathology performing patient clinical care preferred.

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.

  • Prior use of electronic health record preferred.

Pay Range

$55.95 - $55.95 /hour
