Join Our Team as a Clinical Manager!

Are you a licensed behavioral health professional looking to make a positive impact in crisis and inpatient care? We're seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to lead and inspire our clinical team, ensuring exceptional care and support for our patients.

Location: Crisis/Inpatient/Transition Point

Position Type: Full-Time, Safety Sensitive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and training to staff.

  • Conduct and review Behavioral Health and Risk Assessments.

  • Deliver clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and throughout the year.

  • Support staff with real-time coaching and guidance.

  • Develop and implement effective clinical programming.

  • Ensure adherence to clinical policies and procedures.

  • Foster positive relationships with external clinical agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field.

  • Licensed at the Associate or Independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

  • 1-3 years of behavioral health care experience preferred.

  • Fingerprint clearance card and a valid AZ driver's license.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $72,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
