About the Role

Any product modification initiated by the customer must be evaluated in terms of cost and time impact. As a Change Manager you will be part of a team consisting of several highly skilled professionals. Based on your experience and know-how, you ensure the effective implementation of change management tasks and align them with the desired goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Transfer change action data from the customer system to our internal ICM system

  • Validate the content of change actions and prepare this data for internal evaluation

  • Coordinate the distribution of change actions across the ICM workflow, monitor progress, and promptly escalate any delays

  • Facilitate and coordinate internal meetings to resolve any change related issues, improve workflow efficiency and ensure throughput times are met

  • Compile the evaluation results and communicate them to the customer in the specified format

  • Create reports to monitor evaluation progress throughout the change evaluation process

  • Support the bill of material (BOM) management process

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management OR Engineering Degree

  • At least 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in the manufacturing industry (automotive preferred)

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Fluent in English

  • Willingness to travel for training

Your preferred qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing environment

  • Attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Working experience within intercultural teams

  • Certified Change management Professional (CCMP) or Change Management Specialist (CMS)
