Employer The Perfect Touch LLC is seeking TEN (10) full-time temporary (FTT) landscaper workers who can perform the followingDUTIES:operate push or riding lawnmower; spread fertilizer, plant food, mulch, and other materials around plants; remove weeds and dead plants; prune overgrown limbs and leaves; operate string trimmer and edger to remove overgrowth; keep outdoor area tidy use leaf blower to clear walkways and pedestrian areas after lawn maintenance; maintain the existing landscaping design and ensure plant survival; plant new flowers, bushes, plants, and decorative shrubs; rake fallen leaves and remove debris; if necessary, keep pedestrian areas removed of snow and ice; remove tree limbs, overgrowth, and other hazards; properly store and handle all equipment, tools, sprinklers, etc.; maintain equipment.Requirements: Lift up to 50 pounds, and stand or bend for all or most of work shift.

Period of Employment: Anticipated start date is April 1 2024 continuing to November 01 2024.Wage Offers and Overtime:The worker will be paid \$17.90/hour, work an average of 40 hours per week, and paid any overtime at \$26.85/hour. The standard work schedule is from 7:00 AM until 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.Single Workweek Guarantee and Frequency of Pay: A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. The payroll period is bi-weekly. Workers are paid by check on Fridays.

Worksite Location: 4160 E Meadow Wood, Meridian Idaho USA. Education and Work Experience:None required.Availability of On-the-Job Training: Not Applicable.Provision of Board, Lodging, or other Facilities:None required.Daily Transportation:Daily transportation to and from the worksite(s) will be provided by Employer at no charge to the employee.Federal Daily Subsistence: Current DOL regulations require daily subsistence to be provided at a rate during travel from a daily \$15.88/day to a maximum of \$59/day with receipts/documentation.Tools, Equipment, and Supplies:Employer will provide at no charge to the employee, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.

Deductions from Workers Paycheck: The Employer will make all payroll deductions required by law but will not make any deductions which are not required by law. OPTIONAL advance up to \$500 USD to purchase personal items and/or cold weather gear appropriate for this area and work period. OPTIONAL housing is also available for up to \$500 per month per worker deducted from employee\'s paychecks. Repayments will be deducted from that worker\'s paycheck. 3/4th Guarantee. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Reimbursement of Border, Visa, COVID-19 and related fees: The Employer will reimburse an H2B worker in the first pay period for any documented visa, visa processing, border crossing, COVID-19 testing and other related fees (except passport fees), including those mandated by the government that are incurred by the H2B worker. A list of those expenses and fees should be given to Employer upon arrival.
