In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Supervise/assist in troubleshooting of problems, installation, assembly or disassembly of pumps, and/or seals

  • Travel to jobsites worldwide upon dispatching by Field Service Manager

  • Responsible for completing and forwarding to Corporate office all necessary paperwork for all jobs

  • Inform closest Service Center of any potential sales activities while at site

  • Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide LEAN and EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Five (5) years experience in pump factory or Service Center with skills in different work processes of pump manufacturing, assembly, or testing—Sulzer Apprenticeship Program meets these requirements

  • Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and listening skills

  • Strong ability to utilize technical knowledge and analytical skills to resolve problems and customer complaints

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in latest “Microsoft” software. SAP and Gelco expense reporting a plus.
