Job Description Sr Warehouse Supervisor Directs the development and implementation of activities in the Warehouse Operations working closely with the production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes the Warehouse Activities requirements driven by production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and policies to manage the Warehouse Objectives and Personnel. Leads the supervision and various support staff residing within the direct/indirect labor function. Develops schedules and personnel requirements for assigned areas. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Will be onsite in Mequon WI Your Responsibilities: Helps to develop strategic plans that supplement and enable senior leadership\'s plant and business goals. Implements world-class systems and tools in warehouse operations, production planning, inventory control, materials management, warehouse management, and material distribution. Directs the development and implementation of activities to meet productivity goals, quality, and cost objectives Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
