JOB REQUIREMENTS: DUTIES Duties and responsibilities include: Gather and evaluate data related to the organization\'s structure, processes, and performance. Use statistical analysis, surveys and other research methods to pinpoint areas for improvement. Recognize and define issues and challenges within the organization, such as inefficiencies, outdated procedures, or market trends. Identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, or process optimization. Propose and develop recommendations and solutions to address recognized problems or capitalize on opportunities, which may involve suggesting new policies, restructuring workflows, employing technology solutions, or creating new policies and procedures. Assist in the implementation of recommended changes by working closely with the management and employees at each location, making adjustments as needed. Continuously evaluate and monitor processes, policies, and procedures to identify opportunities for further improvement. Stay proactive in recommending and applying changes to improve overall organizational effectiveness. The position will interact with employees working at different level within the company as well as senior and executive management. Requires work in Germantown and Mequon, Wisconsin. REQUIREMENTS Requires 24 months of experience in Finance, Business, or closely related.
