The ideal candidate will be a good problem solver, able to do math and also have mechanical aptitude. We want people who drive themselves to be the best he/she can be. You will learn about metal fabricating from the ground up. Multiple career paths are available including running highly automated machines and welding. Our goal is to make our Entry Level Fabricators into highly effective cross-trained individuals who will become exceptional fabricators and, if desired, qualify to enter GenMet\'s sponsored apprenticeship program.
