Job Description Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Systems Engineer (multiple openings) in Mentor, OH to perform software maintenance and configurations to different applications. Design and develop tools for automation and process improvement. Understand application architecture and transaction flows to provide support to internal and external customers. Understand PCI requirements and apply findings to current processes. Work closely with the development and support teams for problem identification and resolution. Participate in functional and technical meetings throughout the development life cycle. Provide direct support during deployments and general production. Provide on-call support during production issues. Collaborate with development, network, security, and operations team to ensure new application adheres to security and high availability standards. Ensure proper controls are in place to ensure 100% uptime, third Party contacts, external monitoring (DotCom), internal monitoring (Uptime), DNS failover scripts, failover drills. Position reports to the Mentor, Ohio office and may allow for partial telecommuting. Qualifications Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Information Systems, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Additional Information Worksite: Mentor, OH Rate of Pay: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $70,574.00 USD to $109,000.00 USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
