FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: The Imaging Informatics Manager provides direct leadership to the technical staff that supports the enterprise imaging systems and applications. Areas of responsibility include PACS systems, Epic, advanced post-processing, specialized reporting, voice recognition, image sharing/exchange, and other functions related to imaging technology. This position is also responsible for managing operating and capital expense associated with supported system, strategic planning to drive performance enhancement and continuous quality improvement, and to apply appropriate measures to ensure data integrity, security, high availability, and system redundancy. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical environment supplemented with intense information systems or systems analyst experience, required. 1 year of experience in a formal or informal leadership role within an Electronic Health Record (EHR) focused information systems team, required. Experience with Epic, especially in Radiology, Cardiology, or a Surgical setting, preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor\'s Degree required. In lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of experience may be considered. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Certification in EpicCare Radiant, Cupid, or OpTime, preferred.
