Meta Program Manager, People Data Review in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

The People Data Review Program Manager will join the People Risk, Privacy, Compliance (PRPC) team to work across our key partners to lead risk initiatives to scale our global program. Specifically, the People Data Review Program Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end assessment of employment and privacy risk in new and novel programs and projects impacting People Data. The ideal person will have proven risk management skills, be a systems thinker, attention to detail, be self-motivated, and have a collaborative and positive attitude.

Required Skills:

Program Manager, People Data Review Responsibilities:

  1. Execute privacy and employment compliance assessments of novel and new projects and programs impacting People Data

  2. Collaborate with key Legal, Privacy and HR business program and product owners to ensure reviews are executed efficiently, risks and mitigations are identified and communicated effectively

  3. Manage cross functional dependencies, operational risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.

  4. Develop and own communication plans to communicate program status, issues, and risks effectively and proactively to stakeholders.

  5. Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables.

  6. Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.

  7. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and ensure HR Compliance is not compromised.

  8. Manage relationships both internal and external to Meta People organization.

  9. Be motivated by the opportunity to solve complex HR risk problems within an operations environment.

  10. Exercise excellent people skills, be a team player with a bias to action.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. +5 yrs working in risk management within the technology industry or managed services.

  2. +3 yrs executed risk assessments collaborating with product, program and legal teams.

  3. BSC or equivalent with certification in privacy, security or risk management

$99,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
