Summary:

The Supply Chain Team's mission is to enable Meta’s supply chains to efficiently, sustainably, and reliably deliver the Metaverse and Family of Apps. We play a critical role in partnership with our customer groups to deliver Meta’s priorities: We power the Family of Apps and AI by supporting Infra’s supply chain to efficiently turn on new capacity and reduce unplanned unavailability. We connect customers with the Metaverse by supporting RL’s supply chain for devices and prototypes. We improve the productivity of every Metamate by supporting Enterprise Operations supply chain for the equipment and software we all need to perform our jobs.We are looking for a manager to work with a team of Product Managers to define our Supply Chain products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and product management, with experience in developing and launching new products and features. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results. They can lead and grow a team effectively while driving long-term business impact.

Manager, Product Management Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.

  2. Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.

  3. Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.

  4. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

  5. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

  6. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

  7. Navigate complex system integrations and be able to articulate "build vs. buy" decisions.

  8. Manage and grow a team of product managers, while also expanding existing product work streams.

  9. Drive the strategy for a portfolio of products to create a deliberate plan and a cohesive strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience in building software products as a product manager and/or product owner.

  2. 3+ years of experience as a people manager and managing 5+ product managers.

  3. 5+ years of experience working on a supply chain product or in a supply chain operations function.

  4. Experience as a product manager, engineering manager, or CTO working with different sets of clients.

  5. Experience using data to solve business problems.

  6. Experience leading through influence.

  7. Communication and presentation experience.

  8. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.

  2. Experience working on B2B or products with Internal Users.

  3. Experience using or deploying prominent industry standard supply chain software.

$202,000/year to $277,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
