As a Business Development Representative, your main objective is to generate interest, pre-qualify, schedule and procure new sales opportunities through high volume outbound calls and emails to prospective customers. Your success is rewarded with a competitive base plus commission structure and measured by call volume, number of appointments set, and new business won. Travel expectations are rare but could be requested.
