Bryce Corporation Security Guard (6am - 6pm) 18.72/hrly in Memphis, Tennessee
Must work shift rotation (2-2-3) including every other weekend
Maintains watch from guardhouse on entry into facility parking area
Checks credentials before admitting persons onto the property
Removes unauthorized persons from the property as needed
Directs visitors/truckers and maintains log book
Inspects outgoing traffic to prevent unauthorized removal of Company property
Remains vigilant for potential safety and security issues
Assists in event of an emergency by summoning help, directing traffic, etc.
Patrols facility as needed
Responds to and interprets burglar and fire alarm systems, working closely with monitoring services
Performs other duties as required
All staff are responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues to those that can initiate action.
All employees are responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues to those that can initiate action.
All security guards are responsible for completing Food Defense training.
High School education or G.E.D.
State Certification (unarmed)
Five (5) years relevant experience.
Ability to work 12 hour shifts days, and weekends
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
