Description

We are offering an opportunity for a detail-oriented Help Desk Analyst in the tech industry, located in Memphis, Tennessee! This role involves working with our client's Tech Assistance Center, troubleshooting hardware issues, and providing tier 1 support to end users. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support, focusing mainly on troubleshooting healthcare imaging systems and equipment.

  • Regularly using ticketing systems to document, prioritize, and track resolution of user issues.

  • Managing user profiles, access, and security settings through Active Directory.

  • Deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Office 365 applications for users.

  • Managing and troubleshooting a variety of printers, ensuring proper functionality in a healthcare context.

  • Demonstrating understanding of spam and phishing and implementing relevant security measures.

  • Providing support for VOIP systems including setup, troubleshooting and user guides.

  • Overseeing extensive user management tasks like user addition, deletion, and rights management.

  • Configuring and maintaining FTP and STP connections, handling data transmission securely.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must have experience supporting a healthcare environment.

  • Strong experience with imaging systems, ticketing systems, and Active Directory.

  • Proficient in Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.

  • Solid understanding of printer setup and management.

  • Experience in identifying and mitigating spam and phishing threats.

  • Expertise in VOIP systems- setting up, troubleshooting, and providing user support.

  • Extensive user management experience notably adding and deleting users, managing roles, and permissions.

  • Well-versed with FTP and STP configurations, and secure data transmission methods.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Android Development.

  • Proficient in working with Cisco Technologies.

  • Experience with Citrix Technologies.

  • Strong understanding of Database management and operation.

  • Knowledge of EO/IR systems.

  • Familiarity with Active Directory.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apple Devices.

  • Solid understanding of Computer Hardware.

  • Experience with Configuration Management.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage Deployments effectively.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a team and independently.

  • Willingness to continually update knowledge and skillset.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.
