Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. The role falls within the customer service industry and requires the handling of customer inquiries and complaints with meticulous attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer records, processing applications, and taking necessary actions as required.

Completely remote candidate can be located anywhere but need to work Saturdays 10:30-7pm CST with Sunday off and one day off during the week flexible and will be decided with manager.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.

• Manage customer complaints, offering solutions and follow-up actions as necessary.

• Accurately document and record customer interactions, complaints, and comments.

• Utilize computer applications such as MS Outlook and data entry software to maintain customer records.

• Independently handle customer service tasks and manage time efficiently.

• Resolve billing complaints by performing activities such as refunding money and adjusting bills.

• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

• Use effective written communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Leverage experience with billing, merchandising, and claim administration to effectively resolve customer complaints.

Requirements • Proficient in Customer Service and able to address and resolve customer complaints effectively

• Skilled in Data Entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Able to use Microsoft Outlook for email communication, scheduling, and task management

• Familiar with the 'About Time' software or other timekeeping applications

• Knowledgeable in Billing processes, able to create and send invoices, track payments, and handle billing queries

• Experience in Merchandising, able to manage inventory and ensure product availability and placement

• Understanding of Claim Administration and able to process and manage customer claims efficiently

• Skilled in making Adjustments to customer accounts, orders, and services as needed

• Ability to handle Complaints professionally, working towards a satisfactory resolution for both customer and company

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, able to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike

• Excellent Written Communication skills, able to convey information clearly and concisely

• Capable of using various Computer Programs for data entry, communication, and task management.
