A Sonic Crew Member could be charged with any of the duties of the Fountain, Cook or even Skating Carhop positions. Crew Members are clearly open-minded people who like to learn new things. Some of the duties include:
Following food safety procedures
Following security policies
Maintaining a clean Drive-In
Exhibiting a sense of urgency
Being a part of our Team and helping out wherever needed
Fountain
A Sonic Fountain is charged with taking the orders and preparing Sonic's irresistible variety of Fountain and Frozen Favorites. Some of the duties include:
Following food safety procedures
Maintaining a clean fountain area and drive-in
Ensuring outstanding food quality and correct portions
Welcoming our customers and efficiently taking their orders
Making custom drinks and ice cream
Setting trays with condiments and utensils
Packaging products neatly and correctly
Ensuring order accuracy
Exhibiting a sense of urgency
Following security policies
Being a part of our Team and helping out wherever needed
