Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities

As an Associate Operations Manager, Quality Inspection you will

  • Support all operations activities related to receiving, material inspection, packaging, and logistics daily to ensure 100% quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction - both urgent and long term - to the internal and external Customers.

  • Promote and create a high level of engagement within the team and ensure that all team members work towards established and communicated goals.

  • Evaluate and improve operations processes on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Carry out inventory analysis and maintain proper stock levels, make recommendations where suitable.

  • Execute established budget and forecast in collaboration with Operations leadership and Finance to achieve operational success.

  • Build and enhance a strong team culture within Operations

Required Skills / Capabilities

  • Strong and proven people leadership skills (coaching, motivating, guiding, improving, performing). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated leadership and team building experience including the ability to effectively drive change to drive the business forward

  • Capability to troubleshoot quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformance

  • Ability to analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement, detect anomalies, and make data-driven decisions to ensure product quality

Education and Experience

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree or a PhD without experience or equivalent work experience

  • Significant Medical Device manufacturing/warehouse experience

  • Preferred experience in the Medical Device, Spine, or Orthopedics industry
