Henry Schein Digital Marketing Specialist - USDG in Melville, New York

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for the creation and management of web & digital marketing activities associated with our US Specialty Distribution Group's (USDG) businesses. The Marketing Specialist will work within the digital marketing space and will be empowered to be the business owner of this channel in partnership with leadership. They will coordinate all activities recommended by the Marketing Manager, Business leaders, Product Management teams as well as with suppliers to drive customer revenue sales expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support each USDG market segment's overall marketing strategy by developing and executing web & digital activities. This includes creating and owning a digital marketing plan and calendar, and the responsibility to drive incremental sales growth for USDG.

  • Develop and execute web marketing activities agreed to by supplier partners for the USDG teams. This includes banner ads, story page ads, featured ads, search word ads, etc.

  • Manage the USDG websites including product additions, website content pages, online catalogs, images, flash sales, etc.

  • Evaluate site analytics reviews to identify trends in the Google Analytics Dashboard created by the Analytics Team.

  • Report findings in a comprehensive manner to deliver on financial performance that will impact the success of the business.

  • Provide updates on how activities are performing/not performing and participates in monthly channel revenue presentations as needed by the Marketing Manager.

  • Works closely with the Suppliers and Product Management teams to execute web marketing activities determined to drive incremental sales growth for the division.

  • Responsible for providing regular reporting to the teams to deliver recommendations for improvement on ad performance based on impressions, click-through rates, sessions and sales.

  • Recommends, implements and monitors marketing tactics and metrics used to expand/enhance web presence, user traffic/experience, and brand equity to drive customer value ultimately improving electronic ordering.

  • Responsible for coordinating with suppliers on merchandise flash sales, along with the Marketing Manager for guidance on scheduling, offers & recommendations for ad content.

  • Works on banner ads deployed via the Narvar Platform Dashboard to customers including the website tracking page and learning enhancements as this new platform is rolled out. Expected to attend the monthly or quarterly cadence calls with the Narvar Platform Representative to learn of new features and best practices.

  • Point person for managing Siebel and Salesforce Campaigns including targeting of promo codes for all divisions and helping TSM's throughout the company with loading campaigns to ensure promotions are properly restricted to the correct customer segments.

  • Assists in other marketing channel activities and campaigns as requested and needed

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

The posted range for this position is $54,540 - $95,445 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
