Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced Accounts Relations Specialist .
PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role located in Melville, NY. In-office on Monday and Wednesday of each week.
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: Within two to three weeks.
Location : Located near the intersect of S. Service Road and Walt Whitman Road in Melville, NY. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.
Hours : M-F 8:30-5:00pm
Pay: $27.20 to $ 27.20/hr
Length: Long Term
About this role : The Account Relations Specialist provides promotional expense management for a group of accounts. The day-to-day management of these accounts consists of creating urgent, time sensitive pricing agreements ensuring correct pricing, validating, and issuing promotional credits, managing, and reconciling sales budgets/funds. This position communicates daily with sales support, credit support, and other internal/external entities.
Responsibilities for the Accounts Relations Specialist role include:
Enter Account Promotional Funds (APF).
Track and reconcile budgets and sales funds.
Validate claims.
Research and resolve chargebacks.
Communicate clearly with vendors and internal sales team.
Issue credits.
Qualifications for this Accounts Relations Specialist role:
Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting strongly preferred. Associates will also be considered.
Must have strong Excel experience to include proficiency in pivot tables and look ups.
Must be analytical and extremely detailed with excellent follow up skills and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with all levels of employees and managers.
Pay Details: $27.20 per hour
