What You'll Do

The starting wage for this role is $19.92 per hour. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).

1st shift 4 am to 2 pm

Able to lift 50 lb.

Previous Sanitation experience a plus

Forklift training a plusSelf-motivated and detailed orientated

Able to perform physical labor for extended periods of time

Physical dexterity and good hand eye coordination

Ability to follow safety guidelines and regulations

What You'll Need To Be Successful And Safe

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to satisfaction. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Able to communicate in English to understanding the job terminology.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and manufacturing orders. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations manually or with a calculator.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems outside of standardized situations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to lifting, pushing, and pulling of product hoses while loading/unloading products. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs multiple times every day, and lift at least 50 lbs regularly.
