Ford Motor Company Parts and Insurance Marketing Analyst in Melbourne, Australia

What you'll do…

As a Parts and Insurance Marketing Analyst you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies for programs and products as part of the broader Parts Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their knowledge working in an experienced and diverse team that covers a range of skills and applications.

You’ll be involved from ideation through planning, design and execution on a range of initiatives to promote the benefits of Genuine Parts, Ford Insurance and Ford Repair Procedures to consumers and Independent repairers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with agencies, suppliers and legal counsel to coordinate design, planning and approvals of marketing strategies

  • Managing up to date, engaging and compliant content on Ford Trade Club (https://www.fordtradeclub.com.au/) ,Ford Collision Assistance (https://www.ford.com.au/showroom/owners/collision-assistance/) & Ford Insure (https://www.ford.com.au/owners/insurance/)

  • Supporting offsite events and activations to promote programs

  • Utilising data and observation to propose marketing strategies and growth opportunities for new and existing parts, services and products

  • Writing, coordinating and publishing communications to the Ford Dealer Network and Field Teams

You'll have…

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in marketing

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar environment

  • Sound literacy, numeracy and Microsoft Office skills

  • Full Australian Drivers Licence

Even better, you may have…

  • Understanding of Ford Dealer Parts operations and previous Dealer/field experience highly desirable

  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers and Dealers

  • Ability to maintain positive attitude and influence the team culture when faced with demanding internal and customer expectations and changing requirements

  • Strategic mindset and strong analytical, systemic thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Creativity to find new ways to communicate and inspire

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to create leverage

  • Strong project planning skills, with ability to stay organised while managing multiple project components and programs

  • Ability to understand and connect with customers

  • Great written and oral communication skills
