The Role

The Enterprise Excellence Site Lead will lead the IWS (Integrated Work Systems) transformation at our Rocklea, QLD site. This role involves developing comprehensive strategic plans to implement the IWS framework, ensuring successful progression through each phase. Additionally, the successful individual will play a pivotal role in coaching and developing the capabilities of all team members, from leadership to shop floor staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Site Master Plan for IWS deployment

  • Coordinate and participate in regular IWS phase assessments with Pillar owners

  • Regularly assess the business impact of the IWS program

  • Support the leadership team in deploying relevant processes

  • Track improvement and coordinate manager / leader workshops to review progress and use of best practice

  • Ensure site up to date and progressing IWS within agreed timeframes, leading through people to proactively achieve milestones in plan

  • Coach teams in application of IWS tools & principles, in line with Pillar deployment plans

  • Actively seek out best practice opportunities and share them with broader site coaches

  • Support and coach root cause analysis to resolve issues

About You

  • Degree qualified

  • Over 5 years of experience in IWS or Continuous Improvement roles

  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software

  • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams

  • Self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills
