The Opportunity:

The Land Team is currently seeking an Assistant National Fleet Manager who will be responsible to the National Fleet Manager for the delivery of Fleet Sustainment outcomes for protected mobility platforms. This role requires ILS Management experience and several years expertise in either Supply Chain or Technical support with exposure to Complex Defence Procurement.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Must be an Australian Citizen holding a Baseline Clearance (minimum), or NV1 (preferred).

  • Experience in Defence Procurement and Sustainment projects.

  • Experience in Fleet Management.

  • Relevant related qualification in Integrated Logistics Support Management or similar.

  • Relevant experience in Logistics Support Instructions (ILSI) and Equipment Management Plans (EMP).

  • Must have experience with the Electronic Supply Chain Manual (ESCM).

  • Sound knowledge of Defence Processes (MILIS and AIMS), particularly in the delivery of sustainment support.

  • Previous or current exposure to Supply Chain or Technical support with exposure to Complex Procurement.
