ManpowerGroup Finance Manager in Medina, Ohio
Our client, a manufacturer of high-performance braking solutions, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. As a Finance Manager, you will support operations on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be highly analytical, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Medina, OH (on site)
Pay Range: $100-$110k plus 10% bonus
What’s the Job?
Explain results for P&L and Balance Sheet for Medina Operations
Oversee, manage, and provide guidance to 1-2 direct reports, including a Cost Accountant
Oversee month end close process for location, ensuring all journal entries and account reconciliations are completed timely, and accurately
Support U.S. Controller in various initiatives, and key tasks and deliverables
Assist in annual budget process, and own monthly forecast process, for Medina operations
Oversee annual Standard Cost roll process, and any variances or deviations that occur throughout the year
What’s Needed?
Bachelors degree with 6+ years of finance & accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong costing background
Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Strong computer skills including Excel
QAD ERP (or similar ERP systems), Oracle Hyperion Financial Manager (HFM) Access and SQL is a plus
Alteryx, PowerBI, and CyberQuery a major plus
Project management experience is a plus
