Job Summary:

Project Management

  • Clean internal and external data sources to present data in a consistent fashion.

  • Create custom data hierarchies to analyze the business effectively by manufacturer, brand, pack size and segment.

  • Upload images to the corresponding database to be easily viewed by sales representatives and trade partners.

  • Develop custom tables and charts to quickly generate insights from planogram schematics.

Responsibility and Organization

  • Intern must be dependable and organized. They are expected to complete the tasks they are given and provide status updates to the Category Manager.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with technology.

  • Strong written communication skills are required.

Work Shift Requirements:

  • Ability to work an agreed upon 20-40 hours per week based on requirements of your internship.

  • Use and maintenance of company-issued computer and electronic devices.

  • Must speak to supervisor to notify him/her any time prior to the beginning of work shift when calling in sick. Voice mail or e-mail messages are not acceptable replacements.

Environment & Physical Demands

  • Work safely and follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies and procedures.

  • For all on-the-job injuries or accidents, must notify Safety Officer, supervisor, and Human Resources immediately (no later than 1 hour)

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
