The Team

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize SAP MM and WM modules to support procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM WM systems, resolving issues and optimizing processes as needed.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate in business terms on SAP MM WM solutions that meet business needs.

  • Conduct training sessions for end users to ensure effective utilization of SAP MM and WM functionality.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM WM with other business processes.

  • Stay current with SAP MM and WM best practices and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.

  • Well versed with typical ITIL processes and ITSM handling specially with Incidents, Problem and Change Management processes, SLAs and KPIs understanding. Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice.

  • Develop your knowledge and gain project experience in SAP's newest and future solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years experience as an SAP MM/WM consultant.

  • Expertise in the following SAP business processes: MM/IM-WM.

  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.

  • Limited Immigration sponsorship may be available.

  • Must live in commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ, Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.

  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.

  • Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize) as business needs change.
