Reference #: 4415664 THE POSITION Are you ready to conduct practical research and evaluation in a real-world criminal justice environment?  Do you want to impact change within the Commonwealth's criminal justice system? The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections is actively seeking candidates for a Reentry Analyst position in the Bureau of Planning, Research and Statistics. As a Reentry Analyst your primary responsibility involves the collection, analysis, evaluation, and dissemination of data related to the operation of the department's reentry services contracts under the supervision of the Chief of Data Analysis working closely with the division director for Reentry Services and Housing.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK Duties for this position include serving as an analyst for monthly data collection, preparing statistical reports on the reentry service referral and community corrections programs, developing a quick reference for decision makers, and producing monthly reports of data related to community correction centers. You also monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of reentry services collection system and the data collected as it relates to reentry. In addition, you prepare agency budge information as related to reentry referral serves and community issues.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5-hour work week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Alternate Work Schedule may be requested for consideration if you are the selected applicant Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, one (1) day in office, and four (4) days teleworking. The telework agreement is subject to change. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.
