DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Equal Opportunity Specialist 4 position is advanced equal employment opportunity work that involves analyzing and implementing policies and procedures and conducting investigations of EEO complaints involving unique, complex, or highly sensitive issues. This position also supervises staff performing advanced equal employment opportunity work in the areas of training and complex discrimination complaint investigations. You will counsel others concerning EEO laws and policies, consult with legal on pending litigation, participate in conferences and hearings, and perform a full arrange of supervisory duties. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.
