DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Director with the Bureau of Operations, you will provide general supervision and approval of all project designs, along with the ongoing review of the status of construction and work in progress. You will also be responsible for discussing broad policies and procedures of the department and bureau, as well as providing studies and recommendations for major renovations and modifications of the physical plant at each institution.

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 2 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Mechanicsburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Six years of professional experience designing and reviewing facility, site, or building construction projects, or building electrical, mechanical, or utility systems, that includes four years in a supervisory capacity and a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, construction science, or a closely related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes four years of professional supervisory experience in the field of construction management, architecture, or engineering.
