Stanley Black and Decker Associate National Account Manager-Amazon in Mississauga, Ontario
What you will do:
The successful applicant will work with the National Account Manager to assume all responsibilities for their respective businesses within the designated partner and Business Unit, along with supporting specific functions across Business units.
How you will spend your time :
Increase sales for the portfolio for your respective businesses
Prepare and present business plans including;
Initiate and plan account promotional plans
On-site merchandising co-development and execution
Coordinate with divisional channel manager to build account strategy
Execute assortment updates
Responsible for account P&L measurements to include;
Top line sales
Standard margin
Warranty
Controllable expenses
Account ownership to include;
Account key contact and weekly meetings
Partnership with NAM & Channel Manager to execute business plan
Forecasting ownership (unit detail/sales call reconciliation)
Monitor and analyze POS results
Liaise with corresponding U.S. Sales Teams
General Business Support
Track customer inventory levels to flag problems and assist in decision making
Manage tracking and approval of returns, Born to Run Program
What we need :
College or University graduate with degree or diploma in Business or another relevant field of study
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales/Marketing with demonstrated achievement and leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player
Creativity and strategic thinking skills
Self-Motivated with the ability to work well independently
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Good understanding of basic financial concepts
Strong organizational and time management skills
Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
