CLINICAL WORK

  • Provide individual and group counseling to individuals and family members
  • Perform assessments face-to-face and by telemedicine
  • Develop and update treatment plans
  • Communicate regularly with referral sources
  • Maintain clinical outcomes within Prairie View standard
  • Support coordination of services

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation per Prairie View and licensing standards
  • Attend administrative meetings as scheduled
  • Work cooperatively with other professional staff
  • Participate in clinical supervision as needed
  • Participate in staff development and training as required

PRODUCTIVITY

  • Maintain productivity as established with supervisor

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Bachelors in addiction counseling or a related field required. Will consider a Kansas licensed QMHP with preference being a licensed addiction counselor. The following credentials can be considered: LAC, LMAC or LCAC.
  • Minimum Experience: Experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults in a substance use disorder counseling capacity. One (1) year of behavioral healthcare clinical counseling or clinical case management work experience.
