Mobile Communications America Account Executive - Texas, Nashville, or Atlanta in McMinnville, Tennessee

MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security is seeking an experienced Account Executive to support our fast-growing Data division. * This position is *remote within the Tennessee or Georgia market and must have a successful background in enterprise sales of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Work with our internal and external channel partners to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for public safety and cellular DAS solutions in GA or TN.

  • Master and convey the details of our solution offerings to deliver substantial value to prospects.

  • Be adept in perspective selling.

  • Provide sales forecasts and adhere to objectives for forecast and pipeline management.

  • Document sales activities meticulously in our CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with both potential and current clients.

  • Leverage market data and marketing resources to target and prospect customers to uncover needs and solution sell.

  • Navigate organizations from various industries to move and ultimately close deals.

  • Manage quote and funnel on monthly basis for success.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in selling business-to-business wireless system solutions, preferably DAS.

  • Proven sales proficiency to exceed goals and build rapport with clients and prospects.

  • Previous experience with CRM.

  • Forecasting skills with the ability to be accountable to forecast and pipeline management objectives.

  • Possess intermediate ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products.

  • Possess exceptional time management skills and ability to focus on what matters.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical environment requires the employee to work inside. 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed. 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

30% - 50% travel within the territory required.
