Registered Nurse (RN) - Exciting Opportunity in Med/Surg!

Location: Community Hospital in Oregon Wine Country

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with a passion for patient care to join our team at a 60-bed acute care, full-service facility. Whether you have acute care or Med/Surg experience or are coming from another nursing specialty with solid transferrable skills, we welcome you to be part of our team.

About the Role:

As an RN in our Med/Surg unit, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for a variety of patients, including those with hip fractures, pneumonia, CHF, and other common medical/surgical conditions. You'll work in a supportive environment where collaboration, growth, and professional development are prioritized.

Experience Required:

  • Acute Care/Med Surg experience preferred

  • Open to nurses from other specialties with solid transferrable skills

Requirements:

  • Valid, unencumbered Oregon RN license

  • Experience working with diverse patient populations

  • Commitment to Med/Surg and a desire to grow within our organization

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Schedule : Night shifts (7 pm - 7:30 am), three shifts per week

  • Shift Differentials :

  • $6.50 per hour for night shifts

  • $2.00 per hour for weekend shifts

  • Union-Based Pay Rates

  • Plenty of Overtime Available : Opportunities to pick up extra shifts and work overtime.
