Summary The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence. Responsibilities Major Duties and Responsibilities: Lead a team of professional staff and assess performance, collaborate and oversee goal setting, and provide feedback on personal development. Plan, prepare, justify, administer, analyze, forecast, schedule, sequence, timing of actions, coordinate, and monitor budgetary, financial, accounting, or auditing activities to ensure cost-effective support of Intelligence Community (IC) organizations and programs; analyze and assess financial conditions by applying financial principles, policies, methods, techniques, and systems. Collaborate in the development and coordination of IC and ODNI regulations to improve and standardize financial management processes and procedures to improve the quality of financial reporting. Collect, research, and analyze comprehensive and substantive financial information that includes budget, financial, audit, and financial reporting information to develop testimony, briefings, and talking points for senior leadership and develop guidance on the preparation of resource request, reports, or the like to the DNI and Congress. Demonstrate superior knowledge of agency financial and acquisition systems. Lead, initiate, cultivate, and maintain productive working relationships. Lead the development and delivery of oral briefings and written reports. Develop and continually expand personal knowledge in the areas of leadership, personnel, financial and acquisition mana Requirements Conditions of Employment Must be a current permanent ODNI employee. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years relevant work experience in financial and acquisition management. Extensive knowledge of ODNI's financial and acquisition systems; demonstrated ability to apply sound and independent judgment in order to resolve complex financial problems. Demonstrated ability to plan, prepare, justify, administer, analyze, forecast, and monitor budget/financial information to ensure cost-effective support of organizations and programs, including conducting budget/financial data analysis and assessing financial conditions by applying financial principles, policies, methods, techniques, and systems. Demonstrated representational, oral, and written communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products. Extensive knowledge of ODNI's policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Current Contracting Officer Technical Representative Certification - Level 1 or higher. Desired Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and/or 24 hours of financial management, acquisition, auditing or other relevant courses.
