Corcentric Customer Service Representative in McLean, Virginia

Corcentric is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Enablement and Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a Supplier Enablement and Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in the successful onboarding and enablement of new suppliers onto our Corcentric platform. You will work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process. This position reports to the Manager, Supplier Enablement and Onboarding.

We are currently hiring out of our McLean, VA office, however, this role may be eligible for voluntary work-from-home consideration.

In order to be considered for this position, you should live within a commutable distance to one of these office locations, even if you plan to request a work-from-home arrangement, as there may be times when in-person meetings, training sessions, social events, or similar activities are held onsite.

As a Supplier Enablement and Onboarding Specialist, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding process, including collection and verification of supplier information, contract setup, and system configuration.

  • Spend a significant amount of time on the phone each day communicating with suppliers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support to new suppliers, addressing any inquiries or issues during the onboarding process.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of supplier onboarding tasks, adhering to established service level agreements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to foster ongoing successful partnerships.

  • Conduct training sessions for suppliers to increase their understanding of the Corcentric platform and enable them to effectively utilize our services.

  • Work closely with the Sales team to support supplier engagement and facilitate successful onboarding for new clients.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the supplier onboarding and enablement process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier onboarding activities and progress.

Requirements

You'll need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, supplier enablement, onboarding, or related roles.

  • Strong knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes.

  • Experience working with supplier management platforms or procurement systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
