Acclaim Technical Services Project Lead / Financial Analyst (2024-0104) in Mclean, Virginia

We are actively hiring a Project Lead / Financial Analyst join our Consulting and Analytics Division working in Mclean, Virginia. You will support a high-visibility customer in navigating the business programmatics and financial analysis of the annual budget lifecycle with multiple key stakeholders throughout the community.

In this role you will: Serve as the contractor focal point and be responsible for all team member oversight and communication. As a financial analyst, you will support the development of the annual spend plan, tracking of program resources, transfers of inter-agency funds, and strategic communication.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field; 5+ years of experience using customer's financial management and tracking tools, including COGNOS and BASIS; Expertise building complex spend plans across multiple organizations; Ability to navigate the customer's financial transfer systems; Experience serving as a project lead or program manager, overseeing at least 3 employees; Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 

Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting senior level decisionmakers in key strategic planning activities; Expertise tracking, documenting, and communicating dozens of concurrent tasks across multiple stakeholders; Understanding of popular data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI

Candidates must possess a current TS/SCI security clearance w/Polygraph.
