General Work Requirements and Environment

The customer is an IT-oriented office that aims to revolutionize analysis by creating and supporting tools that enable analysts to create and publish analytic products more effectively. The customer seeks support for its jointly-developed analysis production and publication applications, which involves constant collaboration with the customer’s IT partners and users of the applications to ensure the full range of user needs are captured and managed. In particular, with the following work requirements, the Sponsor seeks to provide customer support for its applications and software features.

Work Requirements: The Contractor shall provide a central point of contact between the customer and those who use its applications, the customers, to resolve customer issues at the lowest practical support level. The Contractor shall attend regular team meetings to discuss ongoing application updates and improvements. The Contractor shall help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction. The Contractor shall determine the cause of any issue and explain the best solution to solve it, or document the issue for further research and follow up, if needed, to ensure resolution. The Contractor shall collaborate with local and community end users. The Contractor shall collaborate with the Sponsor and its development partners. The Contractor shall build sustainable relationships of trust through timely, open, and interactive communication. The Contractor shall follow each issue through to resolution when customers are reporting issues or mishaps.

Mandatory Requirements

  1. Demonstrated experience managing requirements in an Agile development environment and consulting in a multi-project environment.

  2. Demonstrated experience using Confluence software.

  3. Demonstrated experience supporting project managers and subject matter experts by planning projects, developing contingencies, and producing schedules.

  4. Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint or Confluence administrator.

  5. Demonstrated experience providing timely notifications to relevant stakeholders regarding upcoming deadlines for documentation submission.

  6. Demonstrated experience serving as a point of contact to set up accesses for new team members.

  7. Demonstrated experience organizing meetings, reserving conference rooms and taking notes.

Desired Optional Requirements

  1. Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor’s finished intelligence production process applications and analytic workflow processes.

  2. Demonstrated experience using JIRA project management software.

  3. Demonstrated experience supporting concept development, systems specifications, technical exchanges, and metrics analysis.

  4. Demonstrated experience resolving problems, to include organizing and structuring solutions to complex problems.

  5. Demonstrated experience with coordination and collaboration with an ability to work successfully across organizational boundaries.

  6. Demonstrated experience at the working level with the Sponsor’s Project Management Framework.

  7. Demonstrated experience proofreading, merging, and formatting documents.
