Process Manager, Card Tech Chief Of Staff Team

Join the Recruiting Team as part of the Chief of Staff Business Management Office for Card Technology (CT). It’s an exciting time to be in Technology, especially Card Tech, as we transform the way we do business and deliver effortless digital experiences to our customers.

The Chief of Staff office drives horizontal key initiatives that support 3000 associates across multiple geographies and multiple business domains. This Process Manager position will have focus in the Chief of Staff recruiting and campus talent strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Encourage a culture of recruiting within Card Tech (sourcing and referrals)

  • Forecast and monitor sourcing and recruiting activities and performance

  • Build close and collaborative partnerships with multiple HR partners including HR Consultants (HRC), Recruiting, Enterprise D&I Team, Tech Events, Tech Selection, Tech College, CapitalOne University (COU), etc.

  • Onboard new managers to the recruiting process

  • Maintain recruiting reports and dashboards for leadership reviews

  • Coordinate alignment between cross-functional teams such as finance, labor strategy, enterprise teams, and real-estate

  • Design and execute campus experience roadmaps for each new class of interns and campus associates

  • Solicit and gather campus demand from Card Tech stakeholders

  • Monitor success and engagement metrics for Card Tech campus programs

  • Gather feedback from Card Tech leaders on gaps and opportunities for additional tech resource training

  • Partner with Tower level champions to drive recruiting and campus engagement strategies.

  • In partnership with HR/Recruiting, identify the best sourcing channels and strategy for open roles to ensure a healthy candidate pipeline

  • Ensure selection process is well resourced and adhered to

  • Elevate and support People Leader Training program as well as other development programs

  • Maintain appropriate reporting and dashboards for leadership reviews

  • Identify any outstanding communication gaps, and assemble appropriate resources

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources (Recruiting or Learning and Development)

  • At least 1 year of experience in Project or Process Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources (Recruiting or Learning and Development)

  • 2+ years of experience in Project or Process Management
