What You Will Do :

Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant I, Consultant II, or a Senior Consultant to support the Project Management and Programmatic Messaging workstreams.

Project Management Duties Include:

  • Support Lead Engagement Manager and Project Director broad range of PMO activities including daily operations, action tracking, executing briefing development, financial management, and sub-contractor oversight

  • Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting with workstream leads and reviewing content

  • Manage project past performance documents and SharePoint document repository

  • Onboard new Guidehouse and subcontractor hires to contract

  • Collaborate with internal Guidehouse stakeholders, teammates, and government clients

Programmatic Messaging Duties Include:

  • Create content for various internal and external communication products

  • Assist Programmatic Messaging workstream lead with ITBF strategic planning efforts

  • Create, distribute, collect, and assess data calls to government stakeholders for various messaging deliverables

  • Support the development of messaging campaigns, plan, schedule and ad hoc communication requests

  • Assist in creation of organization charts, incorporating any realignments or structural changes

What You Will Need :

  • Bachelor's degree

  • One year of professional experience

  • Collaborative and proactive

  • Great oral/written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel

  • Ability to solve quantitative problems and learn project financials

  • Interest in learning more about the Department of Veterans Affairs

  • Basic understanding of a federal agency’s structure and functions
