    This role: A day and week in the life…

  • Support configuration workflow for new client implementation projects as needed.

  • Assist with gathering and analysis of client business requirements and objectives and provide recommendations on how to best tailor the software configuration to meet those objectives.

  • Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, and/or workarounds to enhance the client’s experience.

  • Participate in internal testing for new functionality and support User acceptance testing with clients.

  • Lead pre-launch review and validation prior to go live.

    This role: You will be successful in this role if you…

  • Worked 3 years as software business analyst.

  • Earned a BA/BS degree in a related field.

  • Experience implementing Software-as-a-Service based applications.

  • Have a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
