Job Overview:

Providesexceptional customer service. Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors andoperateselectronic security control systems; and accuratelymaintainsdaily logs,recordsand forms.Assistswith general concierge services and performs administrative clerical,Wordand Excel document work. Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes.

The shift for this position at One Park Crest in McLean, VA is Saturday and Sunday 3-11pm.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providesexceptional customer service.
  • Meets and greets residents; checks guests and serviceproviders in/out.
  • Able to understand and react to emergency response and access controlprocedures;monitorsandoperateselectronic security control systems; and accuratelymaintainsdaily logs,recordsand forms.
  • Assistswith general concierge services and performsadministrative clerical,Wordand Excel document work.
  • Walks the building premises as directedfor monitoring purposes
  • Monitors and controls access to the building
  • Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
  • Providesgeneral concierge services as well as administrative clerical work when needed
  • Helpsmaintaina safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s)
  • Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
  • Have the ability tounderstand and complete all required forms
  • May be assigned other duties by supervisor

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service,communicationand time management skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook,Wordand Excel.

  • Command of information system hardware/software is preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skillsrequired

  • Computer and peripherals, standard and customized softwareapplicationsand tools, and usualoffice equipment.
  • Ability toquickly and easily navigatethe property/buildingasrequiredto meet the jobfunctions
  • Ability to lift 30 – 50lbs
  • Requires standing, sitting position forlong periodsof time, walking and occasionalclimbing when necessary
  • Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages; must be able to reach with handsand arms
  • The employeeis required towork at a personal computer for extended periods of timeas well as talking on the phone for extended periods of time
  • Must have the ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
  • Occasional overtime may berequired
  • Must have the ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend Boardmeetings.

Compensation :

$18.00-$20.00perhour
