Auberle is a nationally recognized, award winning human service organization that serves thousands of children, individuals and families each year.  For more than 70 years we have helped individuals, children, and their families heal themselves. Auberle's staff is comprised of passionate individuals who are committed to finding the most innovative ways to solve our community's most difficult problems. 

We are currently seeking part-time Receptionists to greet, process and assist all clients and visitors to the Auberle Main Campus located at 1101 Hartman Street, McKeesport, PA 15132.  In addition, you will also provide the applicable support to all staff and departments as requested who are located at the Main Campus.

The Main Campus offers a welcoming and safe environment for all of those that visit the campus for the various services that are offered and may be received at the campus or for individuals that visit the campus for business related matters.

This position requires:

  • High School Diploma (or GED).
  • Must be compassionate and dedicated to assisting those who utilize the various services provided at the campus. 
  • Must have the needed people skills and professionalism to greet guests in person.
  • Properly answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Technology skills are required including Outlook, Word, and related Microsoft applications.
  • Quick learner and are required to learn additional skills as necessary.
  • Open to being a mentor to individuals who may be assigned to you to complete work experience with you from the Auberle Employment Institute. 
  • Requires working evenings and potentially weekends on an as needed basis.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to apply for Act 33/34 clearances (criminal and child abuse) as well as FBI clearance.
