Need 3 full-time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operators to work in McGrath, MN. From: 03/25/2024 to 12/31/2024 Work: Mon.-Sat. 8hrs./day: 48 hrs./week. Must Apply By: 08/13/2024 JOB DESCRIPTION: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store crops. Attach farm implements, operate towed machines, service farm machinery when needed, and notify Supervisors regarding any machinery malfunctions. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Able to perform work involving exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, walking, frequent stooping, and repetitive movements. No minimum education required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
