Learn It Systems Behavior Technician, Full-time/Part-Time in McFarland, Wisconsin

Begin a new career! Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP), one of the most respected autism services organizations in Wisconsin, is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to begin a career working with children with autism. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, is open to learning and being trained in our field, and has a desire to work flexible hours. Excellent opportunity for college students and recent graduates!

Wages range from $13.25 and higher based on ABA experience!

+ + Work one-on-one with kids with special needs/ developmental disabilities

  • Flexible part-time and possible full-time hours (between 7am-7pm) that fit around school, depending on your schedule and client availability.

  • Receive extensive (paid) training to provide behavior therapy/ Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) – to create lasting change for our kids and their families

  • Work with kids in their home and natural environment with a focus on activities they naturally do (play!)

  • Receive support and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

This position is similar to the following position at other companies; Behavior Therapist, Behavior Technician, Registered Behavior Technician, ABA Tutor.

+ + Preferred experience working with children; nanny, childcare, teaching, camp counselor

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Preferred areas of study; psychology, education, special education, child care, health science

  • Must be able to lift 50lb child
