JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and direct daily functions of the McElhattan molding department.

• Uptime of machines and process adjustment.

• Maintain a safe workplace and practices.

• Responsible for all costs associated with production.

• Responsible for all product quality both internal and external.

• Trains employees and acts as training coordinator for all training programs.

• Responsible for scheduling and people power requirements.

• Appraises employee job performance, coaches, develop employee skills, manage conflict, and issues corrective action as needed.

• Develop reporting metrics to better manage the business.

 

Responsible for analyzing facts to take regular independent action with standardized duties and processes. Requires 2 to 3 years of experience and 2 years college or equivalent. Position requires compliance with the Technology Control Plan and the Federal Export Control Policy established for the Corporation

 

REQUIREMENTS

High school required, 2 to 3 years of related supervisory experience and 2 years college or equivalent. Must have good PC skills. Prefer a working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
