  • [Provides direct CPST services with SPMI and non-SPMI clients, their families and the community at large]{segoe="" ui";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
  • [Coordinate and participate in development of individualized comprehensive client treatment plans.]{segoe="" ui";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
  • [Assists clients with basic money management; monitors client's medical and psychiatric status; assists clients with daily living skills.]{segoe="" ui";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[To maintain the quality care of our clients, Adult Case Manager candidates will need to meet the following requirements:]{segoe="" ui";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

  • [Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred.]{segoe="" ui";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
