Job Description:

Cybersecurity Tools – Splunk/SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation Responses) Specialist will assist in the management of Cybersecurity related tools leveraged by M26/Intelligence Enterprise Management Office (IEMO) ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data supporting the planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems security programs, Network/Hardware/Software compliance and authorization, Information Security Policies and procedures, and network security tools.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Focus on continuous monitoring, cybersecurity tools, incident management, and assessment and authorization

  • Work with the Senior Splunk engineer to maintain and develop M26/IEMO’s Splunk instance and associated SOAR playbooks and workflows as directed by government requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for CAP/SAP/STO access

  • Meet 8140 requirements to include recent certification or training in Splunk and SOAR

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity Tools with additional experience in Incident Management, ACAS, or HBSS/ESS/Trellix

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

Travel 5% CONUS.
